last night i was so out of it. maybe it was the weather, maybe it's because i'm sick.. but the one thing i learned and will forever live by is to not run away.

It's always best to face whatever the task at hand is. One, because i hate it when other people run away from what they have to do and two, it's just unprofessional.

anyway, i just had a few hours of downtime yesterday and when i woke up and got the internet going, i hit the ground running.

my entire family is in fairways.

entire house was flooded including the 5-7 streets infront of us.. (read: until waist)

nevermind that i went out into the rain wearing nothing but my favorite sweats and sweetheart boxers just as long as i was able to salvage my laptop, hardrives and work documents..

it truly is insane.

we bought clothes and groceries and fairways and thanked God to the high heavens were all safe and that we have fairways.
